Yes!! use Thomson fluid. As for how much, it will depend on the tube and the size of the bottle. Usually, one bottle will do one tube. You probably don't have to worry about the red, but be sure to change the green also. There is a lot to doing this. If you need help ASK!!!!! Also, be CAREFUL. This fluid is both conductive and corrosive. That is: A few drops in the wrong place, and you would have been better off to have passed on the job.
