Jim, and All, OK,...I found the bottom switch to be defective. My next question is: How do you guys go about removing the defective switch, with out breaking the plastic tabs that hold it in place, and the plastic guide that slips into one of the holes on the switch ? Last time I tried to replace one of these, I ended up having to drill a hole, and installing a screw in the new switch. Is there a SECRET that I don't know about ?
