I am working on this SVA
HD4208TIII-PDP
I found a cable between the main input board and the display board thats
bad
So I go to order it from SVA
HA
First its "I don't know if we carry cables you have to buy the board"
Then it's" I think you have to buy both boards to get the cable"
Then it's "I think you have to use the cable that is in the tv "(Yo it's
bad )
Then its "can you take a picture ?"
Mind you I have the part number from the unreadable manual that they
emailed me.
"That is not the part number I don't know what that number is ?"
SOMEBODY SHOOT ME
It is a good thing the costumer is understanding . This company is
making us look like fools
They want the cust to ship it out of warranty at their expense Both ways.
To replace a cable
Ok I am off my soap box Thanks for being there
Tom
