[TechAssist] Mitsubishi WS-B55 dead, possible fix in process

Dead, can hear the SMPS chirp @ plug in. Front power LED constantly flashes.
Found ( 24 volt DC convergence power source)  pico5 amp  fuse F9A05 open.
Two 3.9 ohm resistors next to the one and only converg. chip discolored 
but reads OK.
Suspect shorted convergence IC # STK393-110.
Ordered another STK393-110, and  another F9A05 fuse. Will report success.
