[TechAssist] Mitsubishi Video printer CP100U won't feed paper- need schematic

I have this Mitsubishi video printer model CP100U which won't take the 
paper from the paper tray and feed it to the dye unit. Does anyone have 
the service manual for this? I would probably only need the print for 
one board which I will describe to the person with the manual.
