Dead and shutdown are two different symptoms...
You're simply wasting people times by giving incorrect information.
You also fail to mention if HV builds, or not.
There are several methods to narrow down possibilities.

I clean fluid damaged boards by placing them in the dish washer, then the over 
under warm for about 10
minutes, then let set for a couple days.

I have a Mitsubishi VS5043,(VZ3 Chassis) that dead. replaced shorted Q5a02,F902
checked caps.still dead. the green CRT had leaked fluid on the board cleaned,
still dead. anyone with a tip on this one or service manual they could upload
to the members area or email me directly would be greatly appreciated.
