I don't have a manual for the VS4503 (V10B chassis) but thevalues below
should be the same, from a VS4502 (V10 chassis) which uses a very similar,
if not the same PS. These resistors tend to run pretty hot and are
typically discolored. If they are not open they are probably OK. You
should check all of the nichicon and rubycon polar electrolytics in the set
for leakage and ESR. Typically the V10 has 20-60 bad caps at this age.
