In your Tech Repair CD, under VCR tips, I simply searched the solution for
R903..only two tips were
returned...this one is probably the same, since the one resistors matches what
Gary has.
MITSUBISHI\HSU54\PARTS ID\\\\R903- 100 OH- 1/4 WATT; R904 3.3K- 1/4

This VCR was posibly surge damaged. I found Q901, 2SA1619A shorted.
R903 & R 904 was open. D910 was also shorted, but I found it to be a 30V
zener. I also found C907, 100ufd, 50 volt and C906, 47@50 bad. I need
the valud for R903 & R904, please.
