[TechAssist] Mitsubishi PTV question--Ik circuit??

Have Mitsubishi VS5043  PTV,  set has gassy blue CRT, blue smeared to the right 
side of pix.  Set may not come on 3 out of
4 tries at turn-on.  Found a pin on video chip I200,  called " Ik in " and goes 
to  AKB on   all 3 CRT sockets.  Have never seen
any tips or info on Mitsubishi PTVs with this problem.  No flashing red LED 
like Sony with bad Ik.  Would like to know if others
have had this problem with video  not coming on sometimes (audio comes on each 
time no matter what).
