[TechAssist] Mitsubishi Mod. VS-60603 verticle problem

This unit has black screen. You turn up the screen
control you get reduced verticle,folded over at the
top with retrace lines and is bowed on the both sides.
Have changed IC451 and C411 and 412. There is 8.0volts
on the coll. of Q401 so I believe vert. protect is
trying to shut down. Anyone have any tips? Thanks
