No the CS35601 will not bypass properly. Try to fix if you can. If you
bypass this board your video level will be low and it will cause unstable
sync. If the customer is not using any video inputs and only using the RF
input , you can raise the video level adjustment slightly to compensate the
weak sync after bypassing the PIP  but this only works on RF input.
