Thanks Bruce, you put me to checking for that IC and
it did have the M51366SP but my trouble is beyond
it. I could get video all the way to the video out jack
fine so trouble beyond IF chip. However I do have a
similar schematic but still not good enough. I did find
by calling Mitsubishi that the resistors that were overheated
went directly to a  voltage regulator IC which it turns
out is a 12V regulator and was only outputting 8V to
video switching chips. So I figure this is were my trouble
is originating. Will update with complete cure if customer
approves go ahead since parts have to be ordered from
Mits.

I have a print for a CK 3500 (M51366SP) IC 101 Video SIF. If it uses the
same chip can send a copy. This print is 2 ft by 3 ft, will send as needed.
If it is not similar just disregard Dave.
