[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS3515R no power up

Hi Guys,
    This unit starts to power up then the power relay shuts down. If I bypass 
the relay picture and sound are OK but the power relay (K901) does not latch 
and keeps cycling on and off. Has anyone the resolution for this problem?
