[TechAssist] Mitsubishi CS31203 turns off

Set Acts like a bad connection but, have soldered many things
to no avail. This is the most sensitive chassis I think I've ever seen.
Cutstomer compained that if they wiggled the RF jack it would cut off but
testing the chassis finds that a gentel touch anywhere especially on the
audio out Ic, tuner or Micro will cause shutdown. Also if the EEprom get a
hard thump it completly shuts down and takes some coxing to get to run
again. have inspected for bad connections no luck, no obious signs of trama
either.
