[TechAssist] Mitsubishi 37" monitor -no blue

Mitsubishi XC3717C  model #


Took in a BIG 37" monitor/TV from the city (said to cost $5,000), problem is no 
blue 

on CRT, red and green ok.  Blue CRT gun is ok.  No blue drive from board 
to CRT.  Nothing on WinStips on it. Do not have the book on it, rush job 
of course.  Wondered if anyone had the book or knew the problem.
