[TechAssist] Mits CS-3131R No video

This set came in with an intermittent tuner. I have that fixed but it also
has no video. Chroma is ok but no video. The OSD is fine also. I've been
replacing electrolytics all day and still no fix. I already replaced the
two 1.5 Ohm 3 watts that cause this symptom last time I worked on it.
Anyone have anything on this chassis? I already sifted through all the
tips..
