[TechAssist] Mits CS2671R No color

I have a Mits CS2671R TV , set has no color, B/W picture is good, audio
good, menu items (color, tint,etc.) seem to react properly. Just no color.
I have replaced the 3.58 crystal, no change.
I do not have a print, and its not listed in sams.
