[TechAssist] Mistubishi P-I-P Modification Notification

Hi All. If you visit my site, there's a link at the bottom "tech tips" that
has a downloadable JPG with the correct mod notes direct from Mitsubishi.
It's just four capacitors and a jumper wire. With such an easy fix, I don't
know why anybody would jump out this feature.
