Hello techs,

I am repairing a Memorex SM2002RM tv, made by Tandy (looks like Zenith),
Service No# TDJ2063H.  It was a victim of power surge and has destroyed the
regulator ICX3431.  I am unable to read the part number on the IC (believe
it is 223-28?) and suspect it will cross to a STR regulator.  Does anyone
have the part number for this regulator and or a cross to a STR part?
Tandy/Radio Shack did not have the parts list on their website for this
model.
