Then Al's comments weren't directed at you. You still haven't included a sig
file.
This would include your name, your company name, if you have one yet and
your city and state, at the bottom of every email. This is one of the signs
of professionalism and you will get more responses when you ask for help.
You need to word your posts in a professional manor. Let us know you opened
the cover and checked some voltages. You have to check some things before
you post for help.
I am not saying you do any of these things, but to start with a sig file, in
every email, would be a start.
You can use Outlook Express to download Yahoo mail, then go in OE options to
input your sig file you want at the end of your emails.
I know you are a tech, from seeing your posts in the past, but others may
not, please keep this in mind until you learn  little more..look at the
posts that the experienced guys place on here..your should contain pretty
much the same information for similar situations.
