 Thank you Jeff for your replay you was right I found the problem today.
The fix was.
Replace main fuse, Q001, (C4953 nte2393) Q002 (C2120 nte289)
also when I put a tape to play it look like the head was dirty.
The fix was the ribbon cable head connector where bent they bent when I took 
the assembly out 3 0r 4 times.

Jose,
Any time you replace Q1, you should also replace Q2 in the power supply.
Also, look for any ICP's in or near the power supply and voltage regs.
