I was able to get the back cover off this cap meter. The instructions
state to remove the screws on the back to get at the battery, but they
don't tell you there is a screw hidden underneath the quality inspection
sticker. I did remove the rubber foot hoping to find a screw under that
but never suspected under the sticker.

I still don't have the meter working. I looked at the connections but
nothing obvious there. I will check some of the semiconductors and if I
don't find anything in short order, back to the supplier it goes.
