[TechAssist] Magnavox 25TS52C303

Chassis # 25X605    I'm perplexed on this one.  Set is not regulating. It comes 
on with B+ Voltage running at around 149 volts. I tried new and used STR30130 
regulators (I heard about the bad new ones) and checked just about everything 
in the power supply. Can't get it to 130 volts. Any suggestions, Neil
