Russ.
My suggestion is...if you have an open slot in your computer, mount a
permanent card. USB 2.0 is reasonably fast transfer for most
applications...but...Video Transfer requires speed and capacity..and
USB is not fast enough for doing it commercially.. This is the reason
most new computers are coming out with 6 Pin Firewire. An Apple/Mac
invention...I should add.;-)
