Gary,
Here are your two part numbers:
Model# RD4502Sl02 - IC101 is listed as UPD1709C511 (Philips part#
483520917224)
Model# RJ4250WA02 - Couldn't find the reference number in the parts list
but I was able to cross 2508850009 to new 12NC part number 483512237031
which is listed as CC 2KV 1N K
