[TechAssist] Re: Labor rates for PTV work

This is "cost averaging" and I've done it for years.If you really think
about it, a super efficient tech is actually penalizing himself by
charging less because he finished quickly in an hour,as opposed to the
dunce who took 4 hours and got 4 hours labor.Who was better paid?
