[TechAssist] KDS monitor AV-7TF Dead fix

This unit was dead ei. no video on screen. Hear relay click at power-on.

Diode shorted on -160V supply, secondary off fly. Located on main board
directly below the shield on the CRT board, also look for trace of smoke
coming for electro cap, same location.]

Sorry I didn't get location numbers but got sidetracked by the phone.
