See if this helps. I had a similar trouble. See below.

[TechAssist] JVC AV35750 blue screen only, has OSD FIX

After I completely rebuilt the AV Select board with all new chips, I
found the schemo Ed Gaidis sent me of a similar model AV36050. I was
able to trace the loss of video aaround IC201.
IC201 (TA1242N) takes the main tuner's IF output at pin 8 and it exits
pin 47 thru a 100 ohm SMD R132, on to Q131base, out emitter and on
eventually to Q132 buffer.
The problem was an open R132 (100 ohm) mentioned. Hidden under a glob of
silicon holding a small disc capacitor. I had signal one side of R1321,
nothing the other.
Open R132 replacement cured the blue screen!
Thanks, group and especially Ed Gaidis for the .PDF file!
Merry Christmas!
Phil Bader

I have a Sams of AV-36050. I think it uses relatively close switching
system. File is just under 2 meg. Will your mailbox take that?

Yes! IC101 is a LA7583.
ICs on the AV terminal PC board assy CKF0425-BS1-1:
IC101: LA7583
IC801, IC802: BA7644AN
IC661: BA15218N
IC671: TC4066BP
IC601: NEC C1851CU
IC803: TC4066BP
IC001: KIA7805P1
I now seem to have a noisey picture with a kind of static. Just sort of
started working partially.May go blue again...
Thanks in advance,
Phil
