I believe that set has a Video Switching IC. Switches tuner out put and
Ext1 and possibly Ext 2. Symptom will normally be no tuner Video, but
OSD works, and if it has PIP, it will also be working. Using Video 1 and
Video 2 will be normal. Now...are you sure about the Model #?
