[TechAssist] JVC TV-13142 (diagram)

Do anybody has the service manual for this TV/vcr JVC TV-13142 . it have no 
power at all I check all the parts around the power supply and the y look ok. I 
do not have the 5 volts at the eeprom it use one like the all new TV. I mesure 
the optoscilator and found some voltage at two legs but no voltage in the other 
ones, so I take it out and measure it and I think it is not good becouse I have 
not reading at all. so I took one from another power supply ( not the same #) 
and this measure ok. I install it but the same problem.
If any body has any tip or the diagram let me know.
