[TechAssist] JVC TV model AV3290, need part ID

Techs,

This is for a friend.  He got in a JVC model AV3290 with IC521 missing. 
Had come from another shop.  Don't have a s/m on this model.

Can someone help identify this, please.  I suspect it is a 3-terminal
regulator.
