[TechAssist] JVC TV av20920 vertical problem ,then can not turn on

Hello techs.
Have JVC in shop. model AV 20920. only a line at the center horizontaly. I
already changed vertical ic .no fix. Turn on unit It run about 1 minute then
relay click off.
with led blink.Suddenly now I can not turn on any more by remote or power
button.
Notice there is alot pest inside the tv . May be these pest short the
epprom. Ic705
.Any idea is appriciated.     Dang TVCR
