[TechAssist] JVC TV M/N AV2750S

Hi Techs
Set came in as dead. Replaced Q921 wit NTE85, now the set comes on there is 
display, audio but no video.
According to tech tips found : no video has audio and OSD (also video on 
external jacks), but when I run through external jacks there is no video at all 
but audio there.
Do u guys think its IC251 and IC201 working without the schematic. 
Anybody has information , pls let me .
