[TechAssist] JVC TV AV-27D800 gemstar guide plus gold


Customer says this set has a host of intermittent problems.First symptom was 
remote function was delayed , press chan up and it would take 4 or 5 seconds 
to respond.Then had trouble with the Guide plus menue would display no info 
or guide would not come up at all when guide button on remote was pressed. 
Also the picture would blank out, go black except for a small video content 
where the chan indicator appears on the screen.The only problem I've seen is 
the intermittent no gemstar guide problem. I have checked the remote it is 
ok. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
