[TechAssist] Re: JVC Model # AV-27820 Closed Captioning problem

Bob Waterman sent me a copy of the owners manual of a similar model. It had
the same Menu system than mine and had a note of my problem and confirmed
that the original remote was needed to turn it on/off. Seems stupid to have
a button on the remote for this and a section in the menu without and
on/off.  Next they will probably have tv's without front panels, just wait
til the customer drops the remote.

I ordered the remote and it should solve my problem.
