[TechAssist] JVC AV36980 SMPS Noisy/Runs Hot!

Make : JVC
Model : AV36980
Problem : Set was dead , found the typical C926 (1000uf 35) bulged.
Replaced that cap. Set now runs BUT the SMPS is noisy and buzzing , even in
standby mode. Heatsink of the STRF6626 gets hot !!
Installed another STRF6626 and replaced the 10uf 100V and 470uf 35V cap next
to it...still buzzing!
This was my last service call of the day (7:30pm).......brought the chassis
back with me for further testing.
Anyone encountered this before on this common JVC power supply design?
