[TechAssist] Re: JVC AV32220, switch off but come right back on most of the time.

Not familiar with this particular set but from the thread responses and
experiences that I've had with some other sets I'd check for disc caps (
maybe 0.01 or 0.1) on the data lines to the CPU. If they have cracks in
their surface where the legs come out of the disc, they should be changed,
as they are very sensitive to moisture. They also short or go leaky, they
are supposed to protect the IC from transients, ripple and spikes. Hope this
