[TechAssist] Re: JVC AV27D201 no start

I have a JVC AV27980 which is similar to this set, that I had the same
problem.

I found that if I disconnected the HORIZONTAL at YOKE then the set would
stay on.  I wrote it off as it was a bonded yoke.
I also replaced the STRF but nothing.  I do also remember a C916 that
checked good on the ESR but was bad on the Cap meter.
