[TechAssist] Is anyone Philips authorized?

Hello all, I need help with a Philips CD player, is anyone out there a 
Philips authorized shop? The CD is model number CD770X BK10 there are 7 bad 
diodes 
location numbers 6331, 6332, 6340, 6341, 6346, 6347 and 6353, they are all 
burned black and I need the values. I called Philips but they turned me away 
because my shop is not authorized and gave me a 900 number for $5 per min. Any 
help 
is appreciated.
