[TechAssist] Re: Is WinStips worth the price?

Jerry;
An honest opinion...I have used it for years.
Although I haven't been religious on updates, it's a well written
"commercial" database.

Many different ways of getting information. Allows you to add your own
tips, in a "User" file.

I bought it when Ken Hull had it...after he died, Paul Gendreau took it
over.

Have always had great support, and Paul gets back to you in short time
to give you new Registration Numbers when you change your Hard Drive, or
install a new Operating System

I go back to the Anatek System,(not sure if they are still around) but
besides being a Member of TechAssist, I consider Winstips second to none.

Having resources to Databases written for Technicians by Technicians is
a great asset.
There are many out there that "clone" databases for dollars.

So...TechAssist and Winstips are probably your best bet.

As usual...the same old disclaimer..I have no stocks in either..so it's
an honest opinion.
