How can a picture that has 2-4 times the resolution look "phoney"?  If
anything it looks more life-like.  I have always wanted a larger
picture, and High Def is the way to go to get the best picture.

No,...I didn't say that,...but,...since you brought it up,....I see no
need
to change the system. The picture on the NTSC sets is plenty good enough
for
the average Joe Blow.(including me). The picture on a HDTV looks kinda
phoney to me. The old system looks more "life like".
Sometimes,...progress
is not always for the better. The whole direction this country is headed
in,
is fast getting out of hand. We are headed for disaster.
