Looks like I am...but found I can defeat it by pressing "Ctrl" and it
will allow it. So I'll use it that way. It only affected my Toshiba ASC
site.

Ed,
Are you using a pop-up blocker? This may be the problem..
If you are, there should be a setting to play a sound(like a beep) when
a pop-up has been stopped. I
suggest you use this feature as a reminder when you are trying to view a
pop-up.
