[TechAssist] Hitatchi 61SBX59B Remote control question.

The remote control is kinda screwed up on this 5 year old Hitatchi PTV.
It works on some functions, but the switch has to be in the Audio mode,
before it will work the TV. But, it will not turn the TV on/off, or select
numbers direct from any of the 3 switch positions. Is there a re-set
function on this remote, or do I have to replace it ?

The number on the remote is: CLU-615MP (HL00715).
Tritronics says it's NLA, use sub # HL00717 which is also NLA, use sub #
HL00712 which is also NLA, use sub # HL01421 which CAN BE ORDERED. Is this
later cheaper sub, a good way to go ?
