[TechAssist] Re: Hitachi PTV 50SBX78B( Distorted video)

That is an AP-84 chassis. As such, see the following:

AP-84 S-In Y Does NOT bypass 3D Y/C 3-Line comb U301

AP-84 S-In C Does bypass 3D Y/C 3-Line comb U301

AP-84 Component bypasses the 3-Line

Subject: [TechAssist] Hitachi PTV 50SBX78B( Distorted video)

Hello to all members
This Hitachi PTV 50 SBX78B TV,has Video and audio, but the video is very
distorted, because of looks like a spider web of blue lines all over the
screen,
I bypassed the tuner by using RCA cables, and using video input.
No difference.
The OSD is there but very distorted, not possible to identify, the lettering
on it.
Anybody has a idea what this could be?
Please if you have a hint,I would really appreciate.
Thank you in advance
