[TechAssist] Hitachi Genisis "Remote" Needed!

Hitachi Chassis (M1CLXU). Model 27NX10BC
Does any one have a remote for this set they would sell. Even some helpful
information would be appreciated. I am surprised Hitachi would design a set
with some controls only on the remote..
This Hitachi TV that has no adjustments on the set other than On\Off, Volume
and Channel Change. . May even buy new if needed and could confirm the right
part number. The Hitachi Web site shows a part number but am not sure if it
is for the remote in question. The Canadian model number for the set is not
on the Web sight. .
I would be surprised if there was a universal remote that would help program
the channels and set up color etc.
