[TechAssist] Hitachi AP52 50EX14BV Dark pix

I thought this was going to be a comb filter but this one doesn't have it. I 
heated I501 which is listed as an  ANALOG MONOLITHIC IC (YAT016H) and it gets 
bright. I then tried cooling it back down but stays the same. I can reboot the 
power then it goes dark. I'm not sure this is it. Anyone seen this? Thanks, Tim
