Submitted by local shop.
Powered on this set, smelled something like a HV arc.
Pico fuse E994 open
The +120VDC indicator LED D940 was unlit.
LED indicator diode for "protect-mode" D912 was flashing.
HOT good.
Cause was a small blue 2KV scan disc cap hidden under the larger ones
had arced internally: C707 "102 / 2KV".
C707 replaced, E994 replaced fixed set.
