[TA-A] Hitachi 50UX27K CHASSIS AP63 no picture

Hitachi 50UX27K chassis AP63 

 No picture on any inputs or menu but magic focus screen comes up and does
its cycle there is video signal  at the CRT boards but I don't know if the
signals are within specs. CRT's have heaters and good screen g2 and there is
audio. Any help would be appreciated.
