[TechAssist] Hitachi 27CX5B no Y-IN

I was wondering if anyone has seen this problem with this Hitachi Chassis
M3LXU. It has no video out from pin 41 of I201 and the DC is 6.8. I am
thinking it is a bad IC I201 which is an TA1201AN. I have video on the
screen but it is Chroma only.
