[TechAssist] Hitachi 27CX21B M3LXU chassis

This set came in with bad purity and video (dark on one side). changed a
160v cap @ 4.7mfd and fixed that problem but then the unit intermittently
won't start up. No relay click. Sometime it will start sometime not.  I have
been to Hitachi's website and from the schematic information online have
wicked out the pin on the video/chroma deflection IC with the same results.
Am beginning to suspect this IC as the culprit. Tried to print the schematic
from the PDF but it was unreadable. Any help out there?
